When the co-op board of 39 Pearl St LLC received a notice of violation for no emergency and exit lighting according to local law 16/24, Emergency Electrical Contracting was called in to correct the problem. Through coordination with the Building Department and completion of all required work in a timely fashion, serious fees and consequences were abated. This also led to the upgrade of 39 Pearl Street LLC’s electrical service from an antiquated system to modern electrical service.

When American Apparel chose to introduce their retail stores to the New York City area, Emergency Electrical Contracting, was pleased to submit a bid (via a general contractor) for electrical construction of their 712 Broadway and 121 Spring Street locations. Winning said bid resulted in a relationship between the two companies, which covers maintenance and repairs to all of their store locations in the New York City area.
